As you are aware that Appy Pie Automate runs cyclically after every particular time frame (1 to 15 minutes, depending upon your plan), it can check updates for 50 messages between this cycle. If you are getting more than 50 SMS messages in your inbox within this time cycle then Connect will only update about the first 50 SMS messages that came since the last cycle ran.
